A paid session with Telos Life and Leadership Coaching constitutes a commitment to our organization. With this commitment, the following is acknowledged:
The coaching services received by the client from Telos coaching are and will never be offered as a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. The offerings by Telos are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Clients of Telos Life and Leadership Coaching acknowledge that the Telos Coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.
Life and leadership coaching services and the practices involved are currently an unregulated industry, and all Telos coaches, though certified, are not licensed medical or psychologistic professionals. The life and leadership coaching extended by Telos Life and Leadership Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and the services offered and rendered should never be a substitute for any form of recommended or required therapy prescribed by a psychologistic professional.
The well-being, both physical and mental, of our clients is the responsibility of the client. This would include the decisions and choices made by the client throughout the periods before, during, and after, as well as the services rendered by Telos Life and Leadership Coaching.
All suggestions, ideas, and comments developed while partnering with a Telos Life and Leadership Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding our clients in achieving the defined goals that have been established as part of an agreed-upon session. Your payment toward each session validates a coaching agreement and provides consent, thereby giving such consent to Telos Life and Leadership Coaching to assist clients in achieving such goals and understanding that results are not guaranteed.
